Roller benches are designed for preparing different ceramic slurries for casting and general mixing and milling applications.
Ceramic or plastic jars with suspension are placed on rotated rubber rolls, where the mixing process takes place. Adjustable mixing speed and time ensure optimal mixing/milling conditions. Machines are equipped with safety interlocks. Simple design ensures longlife operation.
Optionally machines can be PLC controlled in order to save or load mixing programs for particular slurry types.
